“Departure Day 🚂🛫”

The schedule for my internship at UIC is from 4^th August to 1^st September. However, I departed from Semarang – Jakarta – Manila- Davao. I’m planning to take a train from Semarang to Jakarta (Gambir Station), unfortunately I missed my train for 10 minutes late. The train is supposed to depart form Tawang Station at 11.30 p.m and I arrived at the station at 11.40 p.m. because of the traffic caused by the blocked road. It’s so frustrating that it makes me want to cry. That’s why I suggested you to left 3 hours before your d-time because you can’ t predict the traffic. After calming down a while, I decided to buy a plane ticket from Ahmad Yani Airport to Soekarno-Hatta Airport. I flew with Batik Air at Saturday 3^rd August 2019 at 14.50 to 15:55 p.m. However, there is delay so I board at 15.55 p.m. I arrived at CGK (Soekarno-Hatta Airport) at 16.10 p.m. Then, I need to claim my baggage before I go to the terminal 2D to catch a plane to Manila with Cebu Pacific Air. My plane to Manila is scheduled to depart at 00:10 a.m – 05.40 a.m. So I’ve met with some friends from Makassar (Tanty and Rosa) who will have the internship too at UIC. We decided to have dinner first while waiting for the check-in counter open. Sadly, there is delays so we departed from CGK at 1:30 a.m and arrived at Manila at 07.10 a.m (Philippines Time), Sunday 4^th August 2019. From Manila, I need to fly again to Davao. I arrived at Davao at 16.00 p.m. There are two representatives from UNNES, me and Nisa.

We were picked up by three student buddies (Grace, Myra, and Ella), Dr. Lolly Jean Simbulas as the Dean of the College of Teacher Education, Dr. Jo-ann Solomon as the Vice President for Academics, Ma’am Helenne Pregua as the Internship Coordinator, and Mr. Rene Babieraz. They’re very nice to us. They’re bring us to the UIC Dorm at Bangkerohan. The dorm is really nice. I shared a room with my roommate, Nisa. They also provided us with a kitchen with its appliances. After a long flight, I decided to sleep early in the dorm. And that’s ends my journey for the day.
